Tynes capped a solid performance converting Priest Holmes one-yard touchdown run at the start of the fourth quarter allowing the Chiefs to hold on for the 27-24 victory.
Former Claymores returner and wide receiver DANTE HALL also played his part in the Chiefs first win of the season after almost being ruled out with a painful lip injury he suffered in last weekend's loss to the Houston Texans.
