Great start to the NFL Season
OVER two hundred participants from all over Scotland took part in the NFL Kickoff Carnival of American Football at Glasgow's Scotstoun Stadium on the opening weekend of the new NFL season.  |

In the Flag football competition, the Glasgow Tigers organization came close to winning both Cadet and Junior age groups. The Glasgow Siberian Tigers saw off all-comers to go undefeated and win the Cadet group.
In the Junior section, there were two groups contested with the Glasgow Tigers A winning Group A and the right to meet the Channel 5 Trophy champions the Carluke Predators. They had looked strong going undefeated in Group B.
The Final was of the highest quality with the Predators just managing to pip the Tigers A team 18-14 to lift the Junior Trophy.
In the tackle action the London O's easily saw off the East Kilbride Pirates 54-0 in a BSL semi-final match up.
